Espace 032

Visual identity - Logo Creation

In 2016 the mythical record shop “Vinyl” in Neuchâtel was closing its doors. David & Victor, two music lovers and serial diggers made their dream come true by taking on the legacy of the shop and giving it a new breath. Espace 032 was created.

The shop is called 032 in reference to the local telephone code and because Espace 032 is sitting on the 32 of its street. The two friends asked me to design the visual identity of their project, which was very flattering as a music enthusiast myself. 

I wanted to create a strong typographic logo that could rotate on itself like a record does. You can therefore read it upside down. The logo can be used on slipmats, record labels or 45rpm adapter for instance.

The logo has been used on merch such as T-shirts, Stickers and the almighty Totebags.
